After few rings I heard click sound, someone on the other side just disconnected the call. Assuming it might be an error, I called again. This time, no answer. After an hour, called his office third time. This time someone answered the phone. After taking my details, she told me that someone will call me back. It's been 4 days I am still waiting to get a call from Randy Chang's office. In my 32 years with State Farm I have worked with many agents. I have always found them highly professional and responsive. I have never met a State Farm agent who never returned a customer's call. It is a very disappointing experience."

"100% solid service. Just docking a star because when we started looking into the options for base cost insurance, while bumping up the liability up, the person helping me stopped searching after bumping to 500k liability, and never checked beyond that while I was still at the base cost. My belief is that they were trying to get out of higher liability insurance coverage. It's possible they were just not being transparent and did finish the search, but I'm not particularly happy with the feeling it left me and it seems to be standard practice in the area. That's my only complaint. Please be more transparent about what my other options would have cost me, because I'm typically one of your best kinds of customers. Good credit, zero issues. Update: Received additional charges that I can see are past due after paying in full for my named non owners car insurance policy I was unaware of. I now don't know if I'm covered and was planning to rent a car this weekend for the first time. This is garbage not even receiving an email notification that there's an issue. I guess that about cancels my weekend plans. Thanks StateFarm. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of late fees you've also stuck me with after charging me extra. Sorry about the rant everyone. They do a decent job of helping you out, but they're behind the times and that doesn't work with my lifestyle."
